Close to the cathedral in a very quiet back street, the Papillon Vert is part of the old town. From its well-lit rooms you can see the old roofs and the cupolas of the cathedral of Saint-Etienne. On the other side, less than 5 minutes walk away, the Lot flows past mills, bridges and little restaurants.

It's tiny ! - 5 floors of small and friendly rooms. 800-900 year old house ! Popular with camino pilgrims - it's friendly, civilised and trusting - even tho' lots of stairs. Exciting to stay in such an ancient building in centre of exquisite Cahors. Amazing value compared to the alternatives in Cahors.
