Since1947, the Cave des Côtes d'Olt has been producing full, harmonious wines, expressive of the local soils and conditions, made mainly from the Malbec grape with the addition of some Merlot and Tannat. This long wine-making tradition allied to a sound knowledge of vinification of wines from the best soils and rigorous selection of grapes from the the best plots of land contributes to the numerous awards we receive each year.
Our ultra-modern winery, cellars housing 1 200 barrels for ageing the wine, plus total mastery of the vinification process, have led to official recognition of the quality of our operation.
