Biscuiterie Delfour
The DELFOUR biscuit factory is located near Cahors in Quercy on the heights overlooking the little village of Vers. 1 km from the village at the top of the slope you come to the old buildings and pigeon-tower of the Mas de Saboth.
There stand the factory and the museum, which has recently been set up in a stone-built barn.
The artisanal production unit works all year round, making 35 different regional specialities.
